proven experience of having worked on such initiatives. AWS
knowledge and hand-on experience is a must.
As a Principal Software Engineer at Chase in the Consumer Card
Technology Department, you'll combine your years of proven
expertise with a never-ending quest to create innovative technology
through solid engineering practices. You'll lead a highly inspired
and inquisitive team of technologists who are already developing
and deploying applications to the highest standards. With your deep
knowledge of modern design, analytics, development, coding,
testing, and application programming, your team will raise their
game even more, meeting your standards, as well as satisfying both
business and functional requirements. Your passion and experience
in one or more technology domains will help solve complex and
mission critical problems, internally and externally. As a constant
learner and early adopter, you're already embracing leading-edge

Job Responsibilities:
Lead Credit Card Modernization efforts from the center enabling
Card Products to accelerate their respective modernization
roadmaps
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure
solutions
Develop horizontal capabilities needed across all Card products as
they modernize to public cloud
Collaborate will rest of Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) product
groups to align their roadmaps to Card roadmaps
Deliver on modernization book-of-work is coordinated
Partner with CCB Cloud enablement teams and Global Technology
Infrastructure product groups to ensure Card priorities are taken
care
Provide strategic direction for the technology roadmap and ensure
alignment with business objectives
Lead the implementation of non-functional requirements including IT
risk standards and policies
Collaborate with product owners and business leaders to identify
technical solutions that drive business growth and
competitiveness
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skill:
Experience in Technology Leadership, with a demonstrated ability to
drive transformation initiatives on Public Cloud
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
and 7+ years applied experience
Back ground in Credit Card domain and Banking a plus
Experienced in modern programming languages and public cloud
(certification preferred)
Experienced in Event driven architecture and Micro services /
APIs
Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture
disciplines
Command of architecture, design, and business processes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve
organizational goals
