Job Description:
You will lead design and development of new communication use
cases across multiple channels, while also working to help optimize
existing processes that deliver more than 125,000 real-time,
interactive communications to customers each day. You will
collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple platforms,
groups, and organizations, including external vendors, to ensure
high quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. You
must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with
competing priorities.
Job responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop new
communication types
Identify and implement recommendations for communication process
improvement
Set and manage clear expectations and understanding for all
stakeholders
Manage multiple fast-paced and complex projects that have
significant impact on the business
Manage development projects from concept to postproduction
monitoring
Communicate project status and results clearly to stakeholders and
sr. leaders
Maintain our control environment by ensuring programs and projects
are completed in accordance with all Regulatory, Risk, Control and
other relevant firmwide guidelines
Ensure customer communication standards, procedures, process flows,
and design documents are followed and updated as necessary
Follow and help develop best practices, innovative approaches to
program and project management, and help build and execute a
continuous improvement model
Communicate effectively to all levels of executive management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Must be self-directed with the ability to multi-task and keep a
strong attention to detail
Manage, self-organize, and meet deliverables according to project
and task schedule
Flexible with the ability to quickly adapt within a dynamic
environment
Strategic thinking; proven ability in driving change
Broad delivery experience, including understanding of tools,
processes, and best practices
Knowledge of Agile/Productivity Tools (JIRA, Confluence,
SharePoint)
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to tell a
relevant story
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to
understand business and technical functions, process information
quickly, and assess impacts

influence outcomes without formal authority
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
