• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field; Master's preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in an IT organization with a proven track record of planning and implementing IT solutions working BRM and PMO teams.
• Experience acting as an interface between IT and business units.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects on time and within budget.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth understanding of technology trends and ability to translate complex technical concepts into layman's terms.
• Ability to identify cost-effective technical solutions to fulfill business strategies.
