Job Description: * 10 - 15 Years hands on experience on Azure DevOps services & Release Management * Must be able to build CI/CD pipeline from scratch using YAML & classic editors. Also, have experience with multi-stage pipelines, deployment & approval workflows. * Deep understanding of Full-Stack Technical Proficiency including backend and frontend with excellent troubleshooting skills across all layers whether it be application, db, networking & cloud services. * Experience with monitoring tools like application insights, Spunk. * AI-Driven Development - Demonstrated exp using AI tools such as Github Copilot, ChatGPT to speed up development and delivery. Leverage AI for code generation, testing, troubleshooting, and other tasks. * Excellent leadership skills along with great collaboration efforts. Mentor, lead, champion DevOps culture. * Financial services or regulated industry experience * Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer Science. * Azure Certifications are plus. * Experience with scripting languages like Powershell, Bicep & others. * DB experience with SQL Server * Experience with cloud platforms like Azure is plus, AWS or GCP
