Wilmington office of an AmLaw firm seeks corporate associate attorney with preferably 3-4 years of experience. The candidate will work closely with the Captive Insurance Team. Must have experience in the areas of either corporate transactions or insurance regulation. A strong background in the below is required: Preparation of documents for formation and dissolution of corporations, LLCs, and other corporate entities; Preparation and review of documents in connection with mergers and acquisitions; Preparation of communications and filings with state and federal government agencies; and creating and maintaining minute books. Familiarity with insurance matters including policies, coverage and regulation, and familiarity with insurance related tax matters are helpful. Must be presently licensed in Delaware or have the ability to become licensed.

Additional Skills: The candidate must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, and excellent academic credentials.
