Corporate/Transactional Associate – Mid-Level (Bethesda, MD –

seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney (3–6 years experience) to
join its dynamic Business Transactions group. This is an

law firm and/or tax agency Strong drafting experience in M&A,
contracts, and entity documents Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school Maryland bar preferred; D.C. or Virginia a
