Job Description Job Description M&A Partner Partner - M&A Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Partner in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to lead our growing M&A practice. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex transactions, including cross-border mergers, joint ventures, and strategic investments, while ensuring due diligence and proper structuring of deals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage M&A transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring client objectives are met. Provide strategic advice to clients on acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of potential deals, identifying risks and opportunities. Structure complex transactions to meet clients' financial and operational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes impacting M&A activities. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. $300k book of business in mergers and acquisitions or related fields. Ability to lead teams Ambition and desire to grow book of business Demonstrated expertise in handling complex transactions and cross-border mergers. Strong analytical skills with a focus on structuring and due diligence. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record of successful client management and relationship building. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
