Lead Shipping Clerk Position – - Read and pull work, shipping and warehouse print orders, weigh and count items, box and ship using UPS and FedEx computer system. - Track work orders in production for ship dates. - Review orders for accuracy and quality control. - Organize and manage shipments for local deliveries with company drivers. - Collaborate and communicates with customer service and sales representatives to insure orders are shipped correctly and timely. Shipping Clerk Qualifications/Skills – - Punctuality is key for this position - Shipping and Inventory Management Skills - Knowledge of UPS and FedEx computer system - Good written and verbal communication skills - Strong sense of time organization and urgency - Attention to detail and accuracy – ability to accurately pick, pack and label orders - Organization skills and keeping a clean and orderly work space - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds The work environment is a printing and manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, ink, solvents, vapors, and loud noise.
