Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Developer- HR NA-United States-Delaware-Wilmington THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES As an EAI developer, you will be a key member of the Human Resource Solution Delivery competency. You will participate in strategic project initiatives as a subject matter expert to gather requirements and develop interfaces between SAP systems, Non-SAP systems, and external partner systems. You will provide connectivity and integration using concepts such as XML data mapping, transformation, JDBC, REST/SOAP API and other modern integration standards leveraging SAP PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools. Your key responsibilities: * Collaborate with project team members as a key subject matter expert for Enterprise Application Integration * Develop interfaces as part of project deliverables following DuPont s Enterprise Application Integration standards * REST/SOAP Web Service Development * API Management * Interface development using standard and custom connectors within SAP PO and within the SAP Cloud Platform Integration iPaaS solution * Identification and implementation of standard SAP BAPI and IDOC objects as part of overall interface design * SAP ABAP/4 RFC development * Perform technical unit testing to ensure interfaces operate within functional specifications * Provide prospective projects with rough estimates of effort and duration based on high-level requirements * Provide knowledge transfer to service delivery teams as part for transition to operational support Your qualification profile: * Bachelor s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Electronics or a technology related field * Excellent customer-facing communication skills * Ability to translate customer s functional requirements into a technical solution * Integration Platform and tools SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP ABAP Workbench, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) * Experience with Cloud iPaaS platforms, custom API development and the ability to pick up new technical skills quickly * Experience in middleware and enterprise integration including XML/XSLT, Data Transformation, Integration Infrastructure, API Gateway, and Web Services (REST/JSON, SOAP/WSDL) * Must have a working understanding of security and encryption standards such as SAML, XACML, MASSL, OAUTH, SSH, TLS, SSL, PGP, etc. * Experience with major connection ports/protocols, including HTTPS, SFTP, AS2, JMS, SMB * Ability to design, develop, document, and transition enterprise solutions utilizing design patterns, reference architectures, and best practices * Working knowledge of and experience integrating with SAP HR/HCM * Prior experience with WorkDay integration desired but not required * Experience integrating interface monitoring into SAP Solution Manager * Knowledgeable in Linux/Unix and Windows command line execution and scripting * Independent judgement and problem-solving skills to solve highly-complex integrations in a hybrid environment of on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and external partner systems * Must take initiative on projects as a subject matter expert with minimal guidance At DuPont, we have an unbridled commitment to deliver essential innovations that enrich people s lives, enable sustainable development and foster human potential for generations to come.
