Senior Organizational Development Partner USA, PA, West Chester QVC The Opportunity -- The Senior Organizational Development Partner supports the enterprise approach, strategy and delivery of talent management programs, organizational design methodology, organizational culture and employee engagement strategies and programs. You'll partner to understand the needs and trends across the organization and support the successful alignment of our talent management, culture and engagement strategies. Make an Impact--- on the People Team, we support the enterprise strategies and delivery plan for all core talent management, culture and engagement processes in support of the organization and its leaders while partnering with Centers of Expertise and People & Org (HR) team members to deliver on these strategies. You'll dig deep with these teams to understand the needs and trends across the organization and to support the successful alignment of our talent management, culture and engagement strategies. Your Impact-- Process Development and Delivery Supports the design of PDR, Talent Review & Succession Planning process, templates, and reporting Understands data for trends and connects them to appropriate teams Supports the strategy and development of our Team Member Experience and Our Voice Survey, Team Member life cycle, Insights and Engagement Surveys and Recognition and Rewards Programs Partners with People Leads, People and Org Business Partners and their teams to identify and define talent needs, assesses solutions and provides best practices. Supports the evaluation of promotions using the promotion criteria and provides input into onboarding process Supports the development of career frameworks for the appropriate business units/markets/functions Sponsors key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of leadership and increase team member engagement. Consulting and Partnering - Act as a SME on organizational design, culture and engagement survey analytics, recognition programs, PDR, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Career Frameworks, Promotion processes, approaches, tools and templates for relevant business initiatives External Networks and Metrics Research best practices and trends, staying on top of trends and developments within the area of culture and engagement, integrating and enhancing brand relevant, internal programs Measures organizational success as it relates to Talent Management and Engagement and continually adapts to improve results What You Bring-- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience is required, advanced training/degree in a related field desired-- 5+ years of total business experience, ideally in areas of Organization Development/Effectiveness, Data and Analytics, Talent Management, Consulting, Leadership development, or other related experience is required Working knowledge of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Working knowledge of talent management techniques and best practices to drive business performance Intermediate working knowledge of Excel including, pivot tables, vLookup, and filters. Deep understanding of data and analytics, ability to understand people data and its' relation to survey insights, effective talent management, recognition and engagement Experience with Human Capital Management systems, preferably Workday Understanding and planning for cultural nuances associated with recognition and engagement Global collaboration/matrix working experience Ability to lead and influence across the organization with organizational savvy Ability to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels #LI-CF1 About QVC, Inc QVC, Inc., exceeds the expectations of everyone we touch by delivering the joy of discovery through the power of relationships.
