Additional responsibilities include coordinating communications regarding best practices in the use of our supported systems and researching new technology. Responsibilities

You will be working in a large-scale enterprise level initiative using Agile principles at scale. As a technical delivery associate, you will curate and assist in implementing portfolio management practices that balance the portfolio of our investments and continuously align them to our strategic vision.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Results. Ability to thrive and produce results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure plans deliver on intent.
  • Measure Value. You will work with the team to prioritize high-value, high-need investments that bring value to the business. You will also continuously steer those investments and evaluate their alignment to the business value process chain of an organization.
  • Understanding Our Customers. Learn and empathize with our customers. Partner with key stakeholders to provide thought leadership to influence outcomes.
  • Communicate and Collaborate. Be the team's liaison for communications to various program audiences providing status updates, accomplishments, goals, objectives, lessons learned and more.
  • Work with high performing teams. We expect you to understand what we do and why we do it. This will help you navigate our teams/pods structure to maximize productivity and achieve business value. You will work with product and engineering teams ensuring accountability of their goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading Scrum Teams
  • Experience in delivering customer success implementing strategies like Lean Portfolio
  • Management Organization
  • Experience working closely with CI/CD and development teams
  • 2+ years working with collaboration tools like Miro, Confluence, Jira, etc
  • 2+ years working with content creation using presentation tools like Prezi, Piktochart, Canva, Photoshop, etc
  • A passion to learn and think outside of the box
  • Bachelor's Degree
