Job Description:

An employer is looking for two full time Sales Development Representatives to support the enterprise sales team through lead generation. You will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads through cold calling, social media prospecting, marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication and sales skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact through discovery and qualification to hand-off to your Enterprise Account Executive colleagues. This role is a vital position in their sales organization. This is a fast-paced, high energy role - making upwards of 40-80 calls/day. The ideal candidate with have experience and/or be comfortable in this environment. We are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals that enjoy working in a team environment!

Job responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

- Daily team meetings

- Qualifying leads

- Contacting potential customers through cold calls and emails

- Present company to potential customers and qualify opportunity

- Build long-term trusting relationships

- Set up meetings or calls for potential customers and Account Exec team

- Stay up to date with new products/services and prices being offered

At a minimum of 6 months into the Sales Development Role, there is potential to apply for their Account Executive Apprenticeship Program. This is a great sales development program for promotion opportunity! Once an Account Executive, there is a higher base and a competitive commission structure.

Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce)

Familiarity with software tools and technology
Ideally at least 1 yr of experience in a corporate B2B environment

Comfortable cold-calling and working in a metrics driven environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Bachelor's Degree (preferably Marketing, Business or relevant field)

MS Office experience, specifically with Excel

Attention to detail, organized

Ability to multi-task

Fast-paced, high energy

Excellent phone presence
