SummaryThe Customer Solutions Coordinator is responsible for supporting the VP, Customer Solutions with select department initiatives and the Business Development (BD) Team with all new business opportunities that drive revenue. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Customer Solutions Coordinator is responsible for quickly and efficiently responding to all sales requests from the Business Development team.
NOTE: This is a remote position. BHS is headquartered in Baltimore, MD with occasional on-site meetings.
Reports to: VP, Customer Solutions
Specific Requirements for Position

  • Proficient with SharePoint, Dynamics, Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle unexpected and time sensitive assignments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong customer focus
  • Effective prioritizing skills
    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Provide administrative assistance as directed by VP, Customer Solutions
    • Coordinates meetings and sales appointments for Business Development team members
    • Helps compose and prepare prospect correspondence
    • Assists with all sales presentations and proposals as requested by Business Development team
    • Assists in maintaining a library of sales materials
    • Maintain competitor database
    • Enters information and pulls reports from CRM software
    • Provides administrative support for selected RFPs
    • Supports and coordinates all team meeting logistics
    • Makes recommendations regarding departmental improvements and/or system efficiencies
    • Conducts sales research as needed
    • Monitors incoming emails and voicemails from the sales line
    • Sends reminders for team deadlines
    • Serves as back up to the Business Development team when they are out of officeEducation and/or Experience
      • Bachelors degree required
