WHAT IS THE NSLS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM?
The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) Internship
Program is a career opportunity for students. Those
hired create a chapter of the NSLS, or lead an existing chapter. As
a Campus Leader, the intern is in charge of recruiting a faculty
advisor, appointing an Executive Board, and handling the management
and budget for the chapter. To learn more and apply, visit
YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE:
RECRUIT and manage a 5- to 12-person Executive Board.
MANAGE a budget for speakers, community service, and social
IMPLEMENT cutting-edge technology during the interactive broadcast
CREATE local marketing campaigns to enhance the chapter's image and
DEVELOP relationships with administrators and groups on campus.
DEVELOPE THE SKILLS THAT MATTER:
IDENTIFY personal communication style.
ESTABLISH goals and determine how to achieve them.
ENGAGE in team collaboration.
IMPROVE time management.
LEARN organization and planning methods.
NETWORK with other success-driven peers.
GAIN experience in marketing and event planning.
STRENGTHEN public speaking skills.
FREE NSLS membership.

Flexible hours that fit your busy schedule.
Candidates considered for this opportunity are full-time students
at two- or four-year colleges or universities with a minimum of
three semesters remaining, including the current semester, before
your degree is completed. Our internship is available on-campus as
well as online.
The program is open to all majors and can be planned around your
class schedule. It requires approximately 7-10 hours per week. All
candidates will go through a hiring process.
The prerequisites include:
A minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
Demonstrated leadership experience or abilities.
Please Note: Some educational institutions require prior approval
before the start of an internship. It is the responsibility of the
student to check with their institution to be sure they meet any
requirements before they accept a position.
