*The CSR is responsible for handling **calls from new and
existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their
knowledge of **products, incentives and services, as well as great
customer service skills, they address issues, **provide support and
offer information to keep customers satisfied and retain
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *
* Answer calls and respond to emails.
* Handles customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
* Research required information using available resources.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints.
* Provide customers with product, incentive and service
* Enter new customer information into the system.
* Process and mail out incentives
* Identify and escalate priority issues.
* Routine calls to appropriate resource.
* Contacts all patients to determine product, incentive and service
needs are complete.
* Ensures all necessary product, incentive and service supplies are
delivered in an appropriate time frame.
* Maintains detailed and accurate patient records in compliance
with all CHAP policy and procedures.
* Complete call logs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
