We are seeking a -Behavior Specialist -to join our team at our program in -New Castle, -Delaware. - This position will require working in New Jersey and Delaware. - - -The Behavior Specialist will be responsible for writing and implementing the behavior support plans for individuals who have IDD and a co-occurring mental health diagnosis. Plans will be written in compliance with state regulations and will be developed after the specialist has completed an assessment of the individual and consulted with the respective team. The specialist will participate in psychiatric appointments, behavior plan reviews, and will track and monitor behavior data. • Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a clear and valid driver's license
• Masters Degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education required
