Job DescriptionJoin Agilent's fast paced Service division. This
is an exciting opportunity to transform Agilent's service
operations model and customer experience. The main responsibility
for this position is to develop operational capabilities to drive
significant growth and scale for the service business. You will
manage the development and delivery of large enterprise solutions
by transforming broad concepts into structured programs, leading
the design and delivery of multi-national/multi-channel projects,
delivering solutions for complex, high impact challenges. In
addition, this position will drive globalization of service
processes and cost reduction. This individual will work closely
with division and field leadership across field service teams to
drive successful development and execution of programs. The primary
responsibility for this position is to develop operational
capabilities to drive significant growth and scale for the service
business. The role will be responsible for Smart Process Automation
(SPA) and eCommerce operations.Responsibilities:---Lead cross
functional digital programs in partnership with IT, division, and
regional field teams---Build transformational digital operations
capabilities across processes and enterprise systems.---Lead
Executive level governance and other cross-functional team
meetings---Partner with Field service teams to identify and drive
globalization/standardization of process as well as cost reduction
opportunities---Partner with cross functional digital leads and
Field Service teams to monitor operational health and to identify
continuous improvement opportunities, for both customer experience
and cost savings. ---Capture requirements, document process flows,
and recommend solutions to implement and enhance business systems
and processes---Solves organizational information problems and
recommends improvements based on an analysis of the organization's
business needs---Responsible for understanding the underlying
business practices that drive business processes and how it relates
to enterprise business systems such as SAP---Responsible for the
evaluation, piloting, and implementation of industry best practices
and new trends in automation such as intelligent
automation---Provide domain knowledge expertise in cross-functional
programs and projects in partnership with IT, division, and
regional field teams---Translate business requirements into
prioritized design documents for IT solution
implementation.---Participate in the review and redesign of
business and workflow processes, updating policies and procedures
manuals, testing business systems, and prepare internal
communications and assisting with the development of user
training---Engage in Systems architecture design discussion and
consult with Business Architect as needed. ---Design and develop
solutions across a highly complex, cross functional
organization---Leadership, influence, and outstanding communication
skills, SAP CRM and ECC familiarity, broad business knowledge,
creativity, and an exceptional work ethic are critical traits for
success in this role.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business,
Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, BioChemistry, or
equivalentExperience working at an analytical instrument,
scientific, or technology company preferred8+ years of Operations,
program, project, or process managementDemonstrated change leader
and influencer is highly desirableExperience with SAP ECC and CRM
modules highly desirableDemonstrated ability to develop strategic
solutions, programs, and project plansDemonstrated ability to
develop and drive continuous improvement programsHaving broad
expertise or unique knowledge in the area of Field Service, Service
contracts, and Help Desk is highly desirableDemonstrated ability to
consultatively synthesize varied requirements and develop simple
global solutionsExcellent verbal & written communication skills,
with experience communicating to executive level
desirableExperience with Six Sigma and/or Lean principals
preferredExperience working with international teams
preferredPreferred Geo LocationThe United States or Europe
(Remote)The US pay range for this full-time position is $105,840.00
- $195,143.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The
range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and
maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US
locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
