success.Job Description Summary:Faegre Drinker has an opportunity
for a Bankruptcy Paralegal to work with our Finance & Restructuring
team in our Wilmington office. You will be part of a dynamic team
dedicated to assisting in analyzing due diligence materials
regarding all aspects of a company's business operations. This
position will work with other talented individuals who share a
passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients.
Job Description:What you would do:Assist attorneys representing
debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, and other parties in
interest in large chapter 11 restructuring cases and adversary
proceedings, including but not limited to preparing/drafting basic
documents such as agendas, fee applications, certifications of
counsel, notices, and forms of motionsAssists in analyzing due
diligence materials regarding all aspects of a company's business
operationsAssists in preparation of pleadings and complete daily
assignments related to supporting active litigation matters and
preparing for trialCorrespond with clients, creditors and other
interested parties regarding case issuesDemonstrate knowledge and
background of the essentials for moving cases through the
multi-district proceedings including filing proceedings, managing
appellate processes, and managing cases when matters are removed or
otherwise dispositionedMaintains and organizes litigation files and
case materialsFamiliarity with local rules of Delaware courts and
willingness to be trained on those unfamiliar with research
validity of cases and statutes and provides summary to

required:Bachelor's Degree with at least three (3) years of direct
or related work as a paralegal is required; in the alternative,
five (5) years of direct or related work as a paralegal may be
substitutedPrevious law firm experience with litigation background
at the federal and state level, particularly in complex bankruptcy
actions representing debtors and creditorsExperience in CM/ECF or
local e-filing processes strongly preferredDegree in Paralegal or
Legal Studies is highly preferred, but all disciplines are welcomed
to applyCertification by the NALA or NFPA is also beneficial, but
