Quant Analysts combine analytic skills with specific domain
knowledge to make data accessible and actionable for driving
business decisions. They translate fluently between various
functional groups to facilitate a shared knowledge base. They
collaborate, learn, teach and disseminate knowledge across the Data
& Analytics community.
We are seeking a Quant Analyst Lead (Associate/Sr. Associate) who
will be a key member of the Lending Innovation Data & Analytics
team within the broader Data & Analytics (D&A) organization.
You will: (a) develop and lead a team of analysts to deliver timely
and actionable insights to a diverse group of stakeholders to drive
customer engagement and business performance, (b) work closely with
colleagues in Product, Design, Tech, and D&A groups to define
objectives and key results that can be measured, and create
appropriate deliverables to track them accordingly, as well as (c)
nurture a culture of test & learn by proactively and purposefully
driving the agenda for, and removing hurdles to, continuous
experimentation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Deliver timely, actionable insights to stakeholders
+ Drive experimentation agenda and remove hurdles to nurture test &
learn culture
+ Improve internal processes sustainably, e.g., with appropriate
documentation and automation
+ Develop and lead a team of quantitative analysts
**Required Skills**
+ Experience with programming for data ETL and BI, using tools such
as Teradata, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, Python, Adobe Analytics,
etc.
+ Experience with analytics for customer segmentation
+ Ability to navigate matrixed organization
+ Excellent communication skills
**Preferred Skills**
+ Background in a quantitative discipline, e.g., Engineering,
Computer Science, Mathematics
+ Experience with cloud-based (AWS) data solutions and tools
+ Experience in machine learning
+ Experience in finance and consumer banking
