Job Description:

Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking an Accounting intern for our West Chester, PA headquarters. This role will be hybrid working from our West Chester location Monday through Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday. The position will start in May and end in August. The Accounting Intern position will assist the team in daily accounting functions while also supporting process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of cash activity
• Assist with vendor master data validation project
• Support the month end close process through posting of journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Other relevant projects as assigned -Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Completed initial Accounting Courses: Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting
  • Experienced with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
  • Thrives in a collaborative work environment
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
