About the Role: We are looking for an Enablement Portfolio OCM Strategy & Execution Lead. In this role, you will be a part of a multi-program, multi-disciplined Portfolio leadership team responsible for d efining the Enablement Portfolio OCM Strategy and responsible for the strategic evaluation and management of change impacts across programs. Partnering with key stakeholders and Business/Enterprise leaders to support change management efforts for Enablement Portfolio and managing the coordination of OCM efforts across programs and projects to help improve business processes and move us towards digitally integrated systems.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.*

Responsibilities:

  • Develop change management strategy and execution, including comms, training, and Associate experience, across the portfolio
  • Deliver effective change management across the Enablement Portfolio, including understanding interdependencies, creating efficiencies, and providing an integrated transformation journey for Associates
  • Employ a core set of OCM tools and best practices within the portfolio to enable a holistic and integrated view of Enablement portfolio engagement activities
  • Be responsible for Enablement-specific training strategy and execution including the creation and delivery of content, ensuring vendor management and partnership with divisions, functions, and plants to ensure associate change readiness
  • Engage and coach team members on change management activities including change strategy development, stakeholder analysis, communication and engagement planning, adoption and sustainment plans, and effectiveness measures to support project success
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of projects' change management activities and deliverables
  • Collaborate with team members and leverage ETO functional excellence strategies to support project needs
  • Break down limiting barriers that could block the introduction of new ways of working
  • Model and encourage diverse thinking, focusing on the Associates' point of view across programs
  • Design and facilitate engagements for decision making to drive towards alignment and effective end outcomes

    Required Qualifications:
    • Maters or other Advanced Degree
    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in large business transformation efforts, including ERP, change management, communications and/or training
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a formal change management role applying organization effectiveness and strategic and tactical change management expertise across all aspects of a change program including: stakeholder management, leadership alignment, business process alignment, communications, change management, risk assessment, training, coordination and coaching of CM/PM's within the program, and measurement
    • Change Management Certification (PROSCI ADKAR and/or CCMP)
    • Highly motivated team player with the ability to assimilate and lead a program team in an ambiguous, dynamic, complex global work environment while respectfully coordinating various cultural gaps
    • Demonstrated followership with the ability to effectively lead, network and influence across the organization, including indirect resources and third parties, while holding them accountable for results
    • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing virtual environment across time zones
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills, adoption and flexibility of new ideas and new ways of working, and adapting and pivoting in a rapidly changing environment
    • Excellent verbal, presentation and writing skills with capability to translate complex information into business impacts to create clear plans, uncover hidden challenges, and resolve issues
    • Ability to travel globally depending on program needs up to 20% per month based on location ( i ntermittent travel will be required to participate in meetings)
      Desired Qualifications:
      • Functional experience working with business systems
      • Applied understanding of planning, distribution, procurement, sales, and finance business process and data technologies
      • Direct people leadership from Enablement Engagement Lead
        *Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. Locations not eligible for new remote work arrangements include: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
