Description
Bowling Green Brandywine, a co-ed inpatient drug and alcohol
treatment center located in Kennett Square, PA, has an immediate
opening for an Referral Source Coordinator.
Monday through Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pmReporting to the Director
of Admissions, this multi-faceted position requires someone with a
unique blend of skills and experience.
Responsibilities Include :
Answering phones
Reviewing all inquiries/admissions for referral source and or
collateral contacts.
Point of contact for all referral sources, MAT clinics, SCA's, PO's
and CYS. Proactively reach out to referral sources to confirm
client's admission to our facility.
Ensure receipt of MAT dosing records and return letters upon
admission.
Coordinate ongoing contact between the collateral contacts and BGB
counselors.
Notify appropriate collateral contacts of upcoming discharges.
Coordinate receipt of dosing records to MAT clinics upon
discharge.
Job Requirements Preferred Qualifications:---1 year Prior
admissions experience preferred ---Minimum of a HS diploma or GED,
Bachelor's Degree Preferred ---A strong understanding of substance
abuse and dual-diagnosis issues and treatment ---Demonstrated
ability provide thorough, high quality customer service
---Experience working with insurance companies a plus ---Experience
with sales and contact management systems a plus ---Ability to work
as a member of an interdisciplinary team ---Highly organized and
able to prioritize multiple tasks ---Ability to work well under
