Job Description:

We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with experience working in schools to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential and will be responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to students. Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the student's healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all therapy sessions and progress notes
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy space Requirements:
  • Active Delaware licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in schools is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen This is a full-time position with a pay range of $45-$53 per hour depending on experience. In addition to competitive weekly W2 pay, we offer direct deposit and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, insurance, and 401K (if needed). The start and end dates for this position are from 8/21/2023 to 6/11/2024. The grades and caseload will vary but will include EyeP/PreK.
