and our purpose.The Client Service Associate is responsible for
supporting the WSFS Wealth Investment Group. The Client Service
Associate will primarily provide customer service support to the
advisor's clients and assist with support in day-to-day operations
of the WSFS Wealth Investments, OSJ of Commonwealth Financial
Services.The Associate will work on-site 5 days/week for at least
the first 6 months of employment. Upon the successful completion of
training, Associates will work on-site for a minimum of 3 days/week
after training is complete.Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry of all financial information pertaining
to prospects and clients.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining/updating
client contact records using the CRM system.
- Ensuring that all required forms are completed fully and
accurately before submitting them to Commonwealth and/or direct
sponsors.
- Track pending business paperwork, update pending business
summary sheets for the advisor's attention and track and tally all
outstanding work weekly.
- Generate required paperwork for advisor's meetings with
clients.
- Regularly review Commonwealth new items, technology updates,
and e-mail communications while reporting pertinent information
back to the advisor.
- Assist the advisor with marketing efforts such as following up
with referrals, updating the CRM contact management system with
names of prospects, and spearheading mailing and email programs for
prospects and clients.
- Work directly/build relationships with vendors/wholesalers
regarding direct business.
- Assist the Client Service Manager with monthly reports as
requested. -
- Provide assistance/serve as a backup to Client Service Manager
and other CSAs when unavailable or out of the office.
- Required to travel to WSFS branches within the bank's footprint
and assist in the advisor's client and prospective client
meetings.Minimum Qualifications: -
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must have at least three years of experience in the investment
and/or insurance industry.
- FINRA Series 7 registration, FINRA Series 63 & 24 is
preferred.
- Must be proficient with computer programs, including Microsoft
Word and Excel, CRM, Wealthscape ----, and Morningstar -.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and practices is
required.
- Must have exceptional customer service experience.
- Must have the ability to maintain attention to detail while
under pressure, as well as to view details in the overall context
of the client's circumstances.
- The ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet
deadlines is required.
- Must be willing and able to travel within the WSFS Bank
footprint.
- Must possess the ability to work independently and
differentiate between matters that should be handled alone versus
those that require advisor assistance.
- The ability to identify and solve problems is required.
- Must possess the ability to interact with people across all
