The Senior Process Improvement Professional analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. The Senior Process Improvement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Workday and CRM Process Improvement Professional that uses Talent Acquisition best business practices and a test and learn methodology to develop business processes that focus on improving the candidate experience and recruiter productivity. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on the Recruiting Workday System and CRM, as well as continue to evolve candidate and recruiter technology. Working autonomously, help us drive department strategy with benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements.

  • Responsible for the integration, implementation, maintenance, training documentation, and education of the tool into the recruiting process and driving utilization


  • Monthly and quarterly reporting


  • Lead competing projects and processes to ensure adoption and continuous areas of improvement for the Workday and CRM system


  • Manage user testing of platforms to gather feedback and implement changes


  • Actively manage CRM technology back log and semi-annual enhancement processes


  • Responsible for implementing enhancements, change requests and break/fix for the recruitment technologies CRM system


  • Work with Talent Acquisition to mature technology offering by utilizing data and knowledge of recruiters' processes to recommend metrics and create strategies that help influence change and drive adoption


  • Develop and maintain relationships between TA Leadership, HR Technology Partners, project team, key stakeholders


  • Collaborate across various work streams to identify upstream and downstream impacts of any changes to current process flows


  • Actively participate in the Workday Community


    Required Qualifications


    • Possess 2+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts such as evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements


    • Demonstrated experience with design, configuration, and/or implementation for recruitment technologies including ATS or CRM


    • Demonstrated experience with system integration and user testing


    • A curious mind with the aptitude to perform root cause analysis; solve complex problems


    • Demonstrated ability to build strong, positive working relationships


    • Demonstrated experience working as part of an interdependent team supporting an enterprise-view of department function


    • Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through reporting and configuration


    • Demonstrated strong project management experience


    • User-focused design experience or experience planning and designing with the end user in mind


    • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and tools to communicate, track, document, and analyze the utilization of HR systems


    • Demonstrated ability to engage partners and primary system users to co-develop complex technical and process-oriented solutions


    • Demonstrated strong written and verbal presentation skills


      Preferred Qualifications


      • Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree in a related field with comparable experience


      • Ability to influence and coach without hierarchical responsibility


      • 3+ years expert knowledge of the recruiting process/Talent Acquisition , updating work content and or training larger audiences


      • Cornerstone experience or exposure

          Work-At-Home Requirements:
