The incumbent will obtain, track, and input all tax-related information as it relates to any party on a Loan Agency transaction; ensure all departmental policies and procedures, regulatory and compliance concerns are effective and implemented; and maintain close communication with departmental associates. The Loan Agency Administrator will compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for the system entry. Loan Agency Administrator will be responsible for performing the complex calculation, extracting data from various systems, preparing reports, and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and research discrepancies. In addition, Loan Agency Administrator will research and obtain further information for incomplete documents and respond to queries for information. -Minimum Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior Corporate Trust Operations experience is highly desired. - - - -
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Must be good with mathematical calculations.
• Detailed oriented and able to work independently within defined parameters. -
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Prior experience with Solvas Agent is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
