About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Credit Risk
Specialist to help transform Auto originations into a more highly
automated, innovative originations space. Auto is migrating from an
internal, aged decisioning system to Zoot as well as incorporating
alternative data sources into decisioning. Join the Auto Lending
Risk Zoot team supporting the design, development and testing of
strategies implemented within the Zoot decision engine. In this
role, you will:
- Design and execute pre and post implementation testing on the
decision logic/attribute calculations within the Zoot system to
ensure solution aligns to the Business Requirements
- Support the design and develop of new process flows and
decision logic in the Zoot systems to deliver flexible and
efficient solutions aligned with Business Requirements and Change
Controls
- Provide research and problem resolution in an accurate and
timely manner
- Display knowledge of credit origination policies, procedures,
and controls, and applying that knowledge to support new risk
strategy development
- Understand and challenge end-to-end processes to identify
opportunities to improve them, driving greater risk management
effectiveness and improving how Wells Fargo operates
- Collaborate with project and business partners to define clear,
actionable requirements that properly reflect the project goals
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Credit Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated
through one or a combination of the following: work experience,
training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with automation, regression, and performance
testing
- Knowledge and understanding of business rules management
systems such as: Ilog, Jrules, Blaze, Drools or Zoot
- Knowledge and understanding of credit bureau attributes
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other
business and functional area
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and
work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Knowledge and understanding of issues or change management
processes
- Agile experience
- Knowledge of SAS and SQL Locations:
- West Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; Charlotte, NC; Dallas,
TX; Tempe, AZ; Wilmington, DE
