Corteva is looking for an experienced Finance lead for US Coastal Commercial Unit. This individual will partner closely with commercial leadership on strategic decisions, operating performance, and financial results. Candidate should display ability to clearly articulate financial impacts of business decisions while working collaboratively with business partners to evaluate multiple outcomes. Owner's mindset and ability to influence are highly desired for this role. Responsibilities - How will you help us grow?
Drives financial health for the Commercial Unit. Develop and implement financial forecasting processes adapted to Retail Route to Market. Supports business in meeting price, volume, margin, SG&A, and cash targets. Identifies risks and opportunities and key actions to mitigate. Collaboration with controllership to track actuals and estimate accruals. Ensures controls compliance and ethical standards. Responsibility for planning, forecasting, and reporting monthly, quarterly, annual, and 5-year financial forecasts. Active business partner to facilitate and improve execution. Provides clear and timely financial information to business teams. Scenario planning and financial impact analysis. Strategic project support on ad hoc basis. Act as Liaison between Business and all Finance competences. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Commercial Unit Finance function. QualificationsSkills and Experience ? Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. 5+ years of experience with prior roles in financial analysis. Ability to collaborate and influence business partners. Strong teamwork skills to amplify impact as an individual contributor. Strong analytical capabilities. Strong communication skills and ability to summarize large amounts of data to key takeaways. Strong owner's mindset displaying accountability and driving business results. Benefits ?
