Other RequirementsMaster's degree in Applied Behavior AnalysisBCBA
certification2 years of experience in the ABA field
(preferred)Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation,
and proof of auto insuranceMust maintain clean background/drug
screenings and driving recordWhat You'll DoDesign, implement, and
monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programsOversee
the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and
caregiversConduct assessments related to the need for behavioral
intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment,
staff performance assessment, etc.)Be willing and able to supervise
others seeking BCBA certification weeklyOther typical BCBA
