Workplace Service Team Member/Mailroom Officer - WAWe currently have an opportunity for a Workplace Service Team Member / Mailroom Officer to join our dynamic team in the Perth CBD. This is a fast-paced position that will see you provide first class service to one of our top clients. This rare opportunity reports to the Workplace Services Manager. The role involves providing support cover for reception on occasion. You will need to be an energetic, positive, and passionate people person, responsible for representing our client's values and brand by providing exceptional customer service. The role is based within a premium corporate office in Perth CBD with a Monday to Friday, corporate hours work schedule.What will be involved in your day-to-day tasks?

• Receipt and distribution of mail items
• Management and distribution of ergonomic equipment
• Local, domestic, and international courier bookings
• Management of archiving process
• Monitoring of mailroom stock for the business
• Coordination of managed stationery items for the business
• PPE receipting and distribution
• Administration asset management for the business
• Ad-hoc facilities and business services requests
• Relief cover for reception, including management of building access, meeting room scheduling, greeting and signing in external guests, phone line management, and other reception duties.What you will bring to the role:If you currently work in a 5-star environment and are tired of shift work, this may be the role for you!
