Job Description:
*NOW HIRING* PT 2nd Shift Med Passer/Caregiver for a dedicated
team, working one weekday and every other weekend (16
hrs/week).

Responsibilities involve providing personal care, assisting with
activities, medication support, light housekeeping, and documenting

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 6 months caregiving
experience or similar, with preferred CNA/MA certification. Must be
reliable, communicative, organized, patient, and compliant with
safety and training requirements.
Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and
assisting residents. Work environment is moderate noise. Benefits
