Incidents and requests are expected to be tracked and prioritized based on urgency and business impact in accordance to the Service Level Agreements.The role will also be responsible for managing the T-Mobile Cellphone account, and the video conferencing equipment in 15 conference rooms located in the facility.Job Specifications/Qualifications+ Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred, Information Technology+ IT Technical CertificationKnowledge/Experience+ Two to five years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.+ Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM tool set.+ Experience providing support for Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and 0365.+ Hands on experience in laptop configuration and support.+ Support for Android and Apple Mobile devices.+ Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical skills+ Excellent communication skills. Comfortable supporting all levels of the business including the senior management team. The ability to liaise with external vendors to lead resolution of technical issues and implementing improvements. Including hardware and software issues, device configuration, equipment roll out, installation and upgrades of local applications and support within agreed SLA's depending on severity of the issue and number of people affected.+ Servers - Access to Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory servers to manage access groups and user profiles. Access and management of File & Print servers. Setup and maintain user accounts via AD Tools.+ Networking - Local cabling and patching duties, work with external vendors and central team to troubleshoot and maintain network equipment in the server room. It may require assisting of the installation / configuration of physical switches as required.+ Video Conferencing Support - Maintain daily functionality of meeting room Video/Audio conference equipment. Lead setup and live monitoring of special multi-site or larger scale meetings.+ Mobile Phones - Set up and maintain corporate cellphones for business apps, access to company email and data and provide basic start up training for new users. Be the first point of contact for any hardware or software issues. Manage SIP/Team phone capability working with our corporate phone provider.+ Record keeping - The role is expected to utilize Service Now for incident, problem, and change management. Responsible to keep accurate database of deployed laptop/desktops/cellphones to manage the replacement process and maintain the correct inventory targets.
