We're hiring Residential HVAC Service Technicians. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 is available for qualified candidates. This role earns $50k-$100k annually. We provide opportunities to earn commissions and spiffs for simply taking care of customers. The more referrals you make and jobs you sell, the more you earn. This is a Safety Sensitive position.

What You'll Do:

  • Let your personality do the work! Build relationships with customers and solve their HVAC problems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as other products by company requirements and the manufacturer's specifications
  • Work under minimal supervision to service and repair HVAC equipment in customers' homes
  • Give customers honest feedback based on the facts, allowing them to make informed decisions
  • Mentor and share your knowledge with HVAC helpers who are just getting started in the industry
  • Complete paperwork in a neat, accurate, and timely manner with attention to detail and efficient communication

      What We Need from You:
      • Associate's degree (A.A.) from 2-year college or technical school, and/or at least 3 years of field service experience
      • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle to drive daily and take home each evening
      • CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal
      • Outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable
      • Take pride in your work, spend time identifying and repairing the real issue, and look for the cause of the problem to ensure it doesn't repeat itself
      • Use technology to benefit customers
      • Desire to continue growing in the trade
