We're hiring Commercial HVAC Installers. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 is available for qualified candidates. This role earns $45,000-$65,000 annually. This is an ideal opportunity to work on large scale jobs as we offer a wide range of commercial projects that give you the chance to install commercial-grade units. There are no overnights or out-of-town assignments as all our Commercial New Construction is based out of Lititz, PA and sites are in-state within 1-2 hours from Lititz. The Commercial HVAC Installer works independently under minimal supervision while also collaborating in a team-oriented environment with other mechanics to complete the installation projects. This is a Safety Sensitive position.

What You'll Do:

  • Lay out and install ducts and HVAC units such as RTU's and AHU's
  • Use and interpreting blueprints to determine how and where to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal and fiberglass ducts and duct fittings
  • Take accurate measurements, perform installs carefully, and know the value of rough-ins being done correctly so finish-outs will run smoothly
  • Complete all work in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner with attention to detail and professional communication
  • Mentor Level 1 Mechanics and Mechanics in training
  • Prioritize safety as a team responsibility and look out for co-workers

      What We Need from You:
      • Associate degree (A.A.) from a 2-year college or technical school, and/or at least 3 years of field experience
      • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so you may use a company vehicle
      • CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal
      • Comfortable using hand and power tools, as well as GPS and measurement tools
      • Strong drive to complete jobs correctly the first time and take pride in craftsmanship to optimize project outcomes
      • Use technology to benefit customers and complete installs quicker and with more accuracy
      • Desire to never stop learning and growing in your field
