Digital and Data Analytics Analyst join our Digital and Data
Analytics team This position will report directly to the Director,
Digital and Data Analytics.This role will work closely with the
research teams at our Chemours Discovery Hub to simply and automate
data analytics.Location: Newark, DelawareHours: Regular full-time
schedule of 40 hours per weekPreferred First Term: Fall: August -
December 2022Candidates must be able to commit to at least a total
of six (6) months as a co-op. Two (2) or more terms may be
required.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not
limited to, the following:Work with the research teams to
understand data workflows and analytics needsDevelop the data model
to enable the required analyticsUtilize data automation tools such
as Alteryx and Power Query to automate data workflowsUtilize tools
such as Power BI to visualize data in impactful ways for
analysisCoach and teach scientists how to use the tools and develop
their own solutions. The goal is for the scientists to have the
capability to do this once the co-op term is complete.Apply data
science to create predictive models that can predict experiment
outcomes using tools such as Python, Alteryx, and Microsoft Azure
Cognitive Services (not required)Apply data science to interpret
large volumes of images and capture quantitative data (not
required)The following is required for this role:Experience with
complex data environments and working with data analytics
applications including, for example, Power BI, Power Query,
Alteryx, and TableauEnrollment at an accredited college or
university as a Junior or above at time of assignmentPursuing an
undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or other
relevant majorThe following is preferred for this role:3.0 GPA or
aboveKnowledge of Microsoft Azure Synapse and Microsoft Azure
Cognitive Services, Microsoft Azure Machine LearningExperience
