what they're doing!** **Job Description Summary:** Working closely
alongside and reporting to the Benefits Manager, Total Rewards,
this experienced Benefits professional will administer and analyze
benefit programs globally with focused effort on our countries
outside the US. The Benefit Analyst is the primary contact and
liaison staying abreast of and integrating market trends and
compliance requirements to ensure that has a highly market
competitive and compliant program to attract and reward high
performing talent in the software industry sector.**Essential
Duties and Responsibilities** :+ Analyze, administer, and support
benefit programs globally with a focus on competitive programming
and compliance for health, welfare, fringe, and retirement
legislation. Work pro-actively and interdepartmentally to eliminate
risk and identify changes to create global consistency+ Monitor,
research, and analyze benefit trends to maintain competitive
package offerings that attract and reward high performance
employees within the software industry sector.+ Ensure that benefit
policies globally are supported with program and plan
documentation.+ Monitor and initiate bidding, renewals,
communications, and system updates. Lead inter-departmental
projects for the same as necessary.+ Liaise with brokers/vendors
and external professional resources and associations to resolve
programs and employee concerns.+ Create, monitor, and administer
fiscal reporting and trend analysis through partnership and
collaboration with other internal departments and vendors.
Recommend opportunities for enhancement and support modeling of new
options.+ Manage and conduct plan and program audits.+ Create,
monitor, and administer fiduciary oversight committees and vehicles
as needed.+ Create, develop, and update employee communications
materials including, but not limited to plan summaries, summary
plan descriptions, brochures, and memos.+ Support integration of
acquisitions.+ Provide superior customer service to colleagues and
employees.+ Other projects as requested.**Required
Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive global
benefits administration experience.+ Experience with People
Information and payroll systems.+ Strong computer skills: MS Office
Excel and full MS Suite+ Excellent listening, analytical & complex
problem- solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy,
and follow-through. Ability to work with and has enjoyment of
numbers and spreadsheets.+ Ability to manage multiple projects
while using strong planning, initiative, and resourcefulness to get
the job done.+ Adaptability to work autonomously in a fast-paced,
growing and change oriented environment. Flexible and proactive
problem solver with a good sense of humor who can achieve results
in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.+ Trustworthy and
able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with
sensitive and highly confidential information.+ In-depth knowledge
of US regulatory environment (HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, CARES,
FFCRA, etc.) and plan structure and social systems globally.+
Experience having built and maintained operational administration
to ensure the integrity of programs, plans, data, and
reporting.**Preferred Qualifications:** + Preference for benefits
knowledge and experience in US, Brazil, and Canada+ Experience with
Workday HR and benefits modules preferred+ Experience of background
in compensation and plus.**Education:** Bachelor's degree in HR,
business administration or equivalent work experience.**Travel
