Job Description:

The Risk Project Manager will create the central mechanisms of visibility and accountability required to deliver Risk/Business projects to market executing through diverse cross-functional team. There are wide varieties of stakeholders who need visibility, and this role will own the communication and reporting out to those stakeholders, adapting to their required level of knowledge and involvement in the program. This role will develop detailed project plans, project documentation and any necessary Business requirements/design solutions to implement scores with an optimize outcome. This role must drive change across the organization in the form of project execution, identifying innovative solutions to realize the benefit of speedy time to market in an everchanging business environment. Ensures all project documents submitted are clear & concise, contain comprehensive summary of risk and comply with Local and Global Consumer Credit and Fraud Risk policies and procedures. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Effectively lead strategy and infrastructure implementation projects
• Manage project resource projections, confirmations and ongoing participation and on time delivery
• Plan and Define Scope for projects supported
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with key dependencies and critical path identified
• Manage tracking logs and dashboards with accomplishments and next steps outlined for Sr. Management
• Maintain risk and issues tracking logs
• Develop business requirements to implement business policy change request
• Resolve issues related to project priority, resource capacity, and implementation by providing solutions to key senior stakeholders
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• l Provide weekly detailed reporting with regards to multiple projects
• Setting deliverables and goals for multiple business peers on various business projectsQualifications:
  • 3+ years of project management with at least 3 years leading medium/large cross functional team projects
  • PMP/PMI certification is a plus, as is Six Sigma training
  • Experience with all components of project management documentation, progressive
  • Experience in process mapping, analyzing process data and process assessment outlining business opportunities
  • Experience solving complex business problems leveraging enterprise solutions and synergies
  • Comfortable presenting work to peers, managers, and cross functional business partners
  • Intermediate/Expert skills in all Microsoft applications (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Strong Time management skills and practices
  • Strong analytical & leadership skills
  • Strong written & oral communication skillsEducation:
