is accountable for maintaining the Pubshub Journals & Congresses
Database (Saas - software as a service). Assisting the medical
librarian in continual database updates and pub planning research.
Accountable for both qualitative and quantitative daily updates;
ensuring clients have access to the most current data available in
order to make informed decisions. In addition, work closely with
the leadership team conducting demo's and assisting with client
pitches. Lastly, respond to Client Support requests as
needed.**_Duties/Responsibilities:_**+ Conduct pub planning
research+ Vet resources for clients+ Oversees database development
and modification efforts.+ Designs and implements secure,
efficient, and accurate databases.+ Maintains current and accurate
knowledge of data storage and management best practices.+ Ensures
that databases are designed to meet specifications and requirements
of client compliance programs+ Develops and maintains documentation
and standards.+ Works with the development team to identify and
resolves production and/or applications development problems
related to the use of the database management system software or
utilities.+ Gathers, organizes, and interprets data from the
database to provide reports to, and answer questions from, upper
management and/or subscribers+ Performs other related duties as
assigned, such as ad hoc support.+ Research and Cataloging data for
end user+ Working with Publishers and Organizers in the medical and
scientific industry+ Maintain informational accuracy of thousands
of indexed records with rapid turnover of information**_Required
Skills/Abilities:_**+ Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.+
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.+
Understanding of computer languages used within database.+
Understanding of database design and construction.+ Multitasking,
time management, meeting deadlines.**_Education and Experience:_**+
Bachelors degree in librarian sciences or similar field+
