Job Description:

--- Develop detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes--- Document functional business requirements as an input to application design--- Create Test scripts for the requirements.--- Provide in person support to all Business units--- Possess good understanding of Maximo 7.5 and above - capabilities and functionalities--- Ability to suggest OOB processes for best practice methods for the Business (Engineering/Mechanical/SFPA)--- Perform detailed functional review of current business practices, and provide recommendations for improvements based on industry best practices and the functionality provided through Maximo--- Support requests from customers to research system problems or errors, and assist with the resolution--- Provide functional support of existing / future EAM Implementations.--- Oversight and Support of Maximo Infrastructure--- Knowledge of Webshpere application server--- Maximo Admin On-Call / Back up Support--- Support of Maximo Releases--- Support of various IT Initiatives such as infrastructure maintenance, security, upgrades to partner systems, migration to IBM Cloud, etc.--- Provide the functional design of Maximo reports according to the project requirements--- Support Maximo Release activities--- Good understanding of SQL, JAVA BIRT--- Quickly respond to help desk trouble tickets for Maximo issues--- Knowledge of mobile framework
