Department and team-focused projects account for approximately 80% of your schedule. This is where you come in.Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will offer experience in:
  • Playing a key role in business development through analysis of trends in complex data sets
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities
  • Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate integration of new products and services, technologies, and markets into existing operations
  • Supporting strategic Charter technology and product initiatives through documentation and design of relevant business processes Here's what it takes to get startedSkills and experience required for this role include:
    • Knowledge of database/reporting systems (SQL, Oracle, etc)
    • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
    • Ability to work 100% in office

    • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Advanced Excel)
