Job Description JOB OVERVIEW JOB TITLE TREASURY ANALYIST LOCATION OFFICE REPORTS TO CHIEF FINANICAL OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION Manage and analyze an organization's financial activity. Is cross-trained and serves as a backup to accounts payable and accounts receivable. Has a high level understanding of how the business operates and utilizes this knowledge to suggest process improvements. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to execute cash posting on a daily basis without assistance.Ability to develop and run reports associated with payables.Ability to assist in entering and coding of payables.Has a developed understanding of financial statements such of charts of accounts and trial balances.Able to execute processes on central accounts, reconciliations and associated journal entriesCash and associated bank reconciliationsAccount receivable and Accounts payable backupSupport and develop programs related to organizational credit card initiatives SKILLS & ABILITIES Strategic thinkingStrong communication skills KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Understanding of how we go to market and generate revenue.Understanding of key customers and vendors for relationship purposes.Becoming well versed with Eagles ERP and treasury systems.
