Summary

Our client is a leading Healthcare System in the Delaware/Washington D.C. corridor who recently implement the Infor Cloudsuite EPR platform for Financials and Supply Chain. - -They are also using a hosted version of Infor Human Capital and Workforce Management.

The Application Analyst III is responsible for working with other analysts and technical staff to conceptualize function and data structures, and create functional specifications to meet customer expectations. Responsible for coordinating between Information Technology and customers all aspects of information systems to ensure that existing and future systems facilitate, and enhance quality and regulatory requirements. Provide ongoing professional support for a designated suite of applications. This includes planning, implementing and organizing activities related to enterprise-wide application selection, deployment and optimization on multiple hardware platforms, operating systems and software environments. Responsible for providing hardware, software and application support.

Required: -

- Healthcare Experience is "ideal"
- Must have either Infor Lawson or Cloudsuite
- Must have either:

> Human Captial Management (HCM) and or......
> Workforce Management
> Financials or.............
> Supply Chain Management
> Excellent experience with Workflows

Essential Functions & Accountabilities

• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in providing ongoing professional support for a designated suite of applications including planning, implementing and organizing activities related to enterprise-wide application selection, deployment and optimization on multiple hardware platforms, operating systems and software environments
  
• Apply advanced knowledge of information technology methodologies while leading, guiding, and monitoring the analysis, design, implementation and execution of applications and technologies.
  
  
• Application Analyst III will be responsible for projects with the most complex scope that requires integration across several different software modules and or applications.
  
• Accountable for holistic and area cross-training that will be required to implement complex solutions.
  
  
  
• Works with other analysts and technical staff to conceptualize function and data structures and create functional specifications to meet customer expectations
  
  
• Assists in modifications to existing functionality
  
• Assists in troubleshooting efforts and formulates interdisciplinary "task force" groups for multi-application or multi-platform troubleshooting efforts
  
  
  
  
  
  Mentors and assists other analysts.
