Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Delaware County -
(Positions available in Media Newtown Square Aston)Behavior
Interventions has been a regional leader in ABA services for over

expanding organization serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and
Delaware with a 40% increase in team members over the past 4 years.
We have created a collaborative and supportive environment for our
Behavior Analysts to develop their behavior analytic skills. This
includes regular individual supervision with our leadership team
members, participation in team meetings, and opportunities to
engage in behavior analytic research and discussion. All of our
Behavior Analyst positions have a complete employment package for
both full-time and part-time roles. Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:Provides behavioral assessment and
intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support
families referred.Maintains administrative and non-clinical
functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment
team, employees and organization as a whole.Engages in professional
development activities and supports the professional development of
Behavior Interventions' team members through approved supervision
activities. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Qualifications:BCBA certificationBehavior Specialist License (For
Pennsylvania Applicants)Experience developing and implementing ABA
programs for children and adolescentsExcellent leadership,
organizational, and communication skillsWillingness to see families
in the evenings (3-4 nights/week), travel to meet with clients, and
work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and
