Plastipak Maintenance Technicians perform, monitor and evaluate preventative maintenance plans for assigned lines and continually work towards improving equipment and processes.We Offer

  • Perform maintenance for either extrusion or Sidel manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
  • Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
  • Participates in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
  • Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiencesYou Have
    • Ability to work days 12 hour shifts on a rotating 3-2-2 schedule
    • Ability to work nights 6:45pm-7am
    • Ability to work overtime, as needed
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Welding and fabrication experience strongly preferred
    • Experience with Sidel manufacturing equipment is preferred
    • Able to read and interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics
    • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
    • Desire to be a productive team member -in a positive work environment
