Description:MetaSource is looking for someone to joining Mailroom Services Team. Mailroom Services Clerk is responsible for pickups and deliveries to clients and partners. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with and has the demeanor for face-to-face interactions with executive-level clients during the day. When not onsite with clients, this position will be working in our warehouse performing duties such as assisting with shipping, receiving, mail sorting, and other organizational tasks.Responsibilities:Interact professionally with clients with all face-to-face interactions.Drive company vehicle, according to assigned pickup schedules, to client's sites.Safely load and unload materials from vehicles alone or with another staff member.Obtain and complete all the necessary paperwork associated with pickups and deliveries.Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with relevant warehouse experienceValid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Ability to safely drive a sprinter or transit type of vanAbility to travel out of state (PA, MD, or NJ)Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in EnglishProfessional written and verbal communication for client interactionsObserves safety and security procedures. Reports potentially unsafe conditions to MetaSource leadershipMust be able to safely lift and carry up to 75-pound boxesMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods of timePreferred Qualifications"Class C" Driver's LicenseExperience driving a 22 to 24 foot truckEmployment is contingent upon completing and passing a drug screen, background and credit check.
