Role: MDM Functional Consultant
Location: Wilmington, DE (Day 1 onsite)
Duration: Fulltime / Contract
Client- Dupont

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Strong experience in process harmonization around Marketing, Sales, Service, eCommerce, Pricing/Quoting, ERP for Chemical/Process Industry domain.
  
• Demonstrated ability to study data and implement MDM-enabled tools s in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc.)
  
• Ability to lead onshore and off-shore teams in the development of MDM ( master data management) solutions
  
• Ability to work with business leadership to identify business challenges, provide functional solutions and play an advisory role.
  
• Ability to connect with business /client stakeholders and build relationship.
  
• Familiar with Middleware technologies between CRM & ERP (like CPI, Informatica) & how it relates to data transformation.
  
• Have done account /customer/contact based transformation using middleware impacting CRM & ERP functions.
  
• Experience in data management, cleanup tools & ability to work on excel/SQL.
  
• Minimum one CRM (SaaS based product) full life cycle implementations (could be mix of Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, MSFT clouds.)
  
• Good understanding of B2B Accounts transactional need.
  
• Good understanding of B2B Partners /Contacts transactional need.
  
• Must have knowledge of CDP tools.
