Depuy Synthes is recruiting for a Supply Chain Product Management Intern, located in West Chester, PA. Our Intern is responsible to lead and support project and issue management activities, strategic programs, and drive operational excellence between DePuy Synthes and our external manufacturing partners. This supply chain-based role will lead multi-cross functional teams to ensure that all projects relating to Patient Safety, Quality, Compliance, Service, Growth, and Value are executed to exceed business metrics. This exciting role will be responsible for creation of a project business case, developing transformational projects and ensuring successful implementation of projects that will add value to the overall business. • Lead and execute supply chain projects impacting patient safety, compliance, quality, service, growth, and value.
• Collaborate with cross functional business partners to ensure excellence in project execution.
• Have a sense of urgency and customer focus within the Supply Chain team in collaboration with external manufacturing partners.
• Assist with strategic projects/programs and issue management activities.
• Utilize project management tools, solve problems, and provide suggestions for improvements.
• Understanding of various business processes, governances and supporting systems and the tools/templates used for project & portfolio management.
