FP&A Analyst

QUAD is currently seeking an FP&A Analyst for a rapidly growing company located in Wilmington, DE. Hybrid work environment; local candidates only.

The FP&A Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing financial forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and cash flow analysis to drive financial reports preparation and delivery. This position offers excellent opportunity for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for:

• Analyzing capital expenditures, cost of casts, revenue, and other KPI trends
• Supporting budgets, policies, forecasts, and controls evaluation and implementation
• Ensuring expenditures and budget are in line
• Managing invoices, uploading expense files, and documenting and tracking POs
• Handling the compilation and distribution of consolidated operational and reporting package
• Monitoring KPIs and analyzing unexpected variances causes
• Creating financial models and analysis
• Performing financial information and reports analysis
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting
  
  Skills/ Competencies:The ideal FP&A Analyst will possess these skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
  • Data manipulation and analysis knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (including advanced Excel)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
