seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to support a government
customer. Join the Cape Fox team! This position is contingent upon
award.The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position
has been established at: $130,000 - $145,000.The above salary range
represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the
range of possible compensation at the time of posting. We offer
benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health, dental,
and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition
reimbursement, and a 401K with company match. This job will be
posted until filled or withdrawn.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions across
clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
- Define system architecture and integration patterns (APIs,
middleware)
- Create data models, security models, and technical
standards
- Guide developers and admins on implementation aligned with
business goals
- Conduct code reviews and ensure platform best practices
- Collaborate on enterprise architecture and governance
strategy
- Coordinate release lifecycle
- Manage risks and communicate with stakeholders
- Automate and optimize processes
- Oversee platform updates and deployment governance
- Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
- Define architecture standards, governance, and technical
roadmaps
- Advise on platform capabilities, data strategy, and system
integrations
- Lead technical teams during complex multi-cloud or enterprise
deploymentsTravel Requirements75 - 100%Job Requirements
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System
Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
a related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce platform architecture,
design, and implementation
- Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions across
clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Clouds and platform
capabilities
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and third-party
integrations
- Strong data modeling and security frameworks within
Salesforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce development lifecycle, DevOps, CI/CD,
and version control (e.g., Git, Salesforce DX)
- Ability to lead technical design sessions and communicate
solutions effectively
- Knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP) is a
plus
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement
skills
- Must pass a Background Investigation and be eligible to work in
the U.S.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, per contract
