Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations (WFRR) oversees regulatory relations for Wells Fargo. It ensures an organized and cohesive approach to interacting with regulators and leads the companys efforts to have a sustained and proactive dialogue on risk management to address regulatory expectations. It is responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy for regulatory engagement, ensuring transparency and consistency of communications, providing oversight and guidance on the quality of regulatory responses, and ensuring adherence to enterprise-wide requirements.

This role will be part of the Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations Reporting & Analytics. This team/role will be responsible managing a number of key functions for the Regulatory Relations team including delivering timely, consistent, accurate and high quality reports to stakeholders including: Board of Directors, senior executives, governance committees, and regulators. Additionally responsible to forecast and track issue milestones and closures by regulator and business area. This individual will be responsible for delivering enterprise cross organizational reporting, as well as performing the necessary analysis to tell the associated story. The reporting is of high priority, extreme complexity, high visibility both internal and external, and fast paced with time constraints. As the Regulatory Relations function is built out, we require a team of individuals responsible for assisting the broader Regulatory Relations team to perform these functions as we work to build and maintain the team into the future.Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both; or a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 3+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both




    Desired Qualifications


    • A BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative discipline
    • Knowledge and understanding of SQL or SAS
    • Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
    • Exposure to Wells Fargo s Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)
    • Java or Python experience
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

          NC-Charlotte: Min: $69,400 Mid: $97,800
